Petpooja is hiring for the role of UI/UX Designer!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Design to deliver ideas and design outcomes that differentiate our product in the market with an innovative approach.
• Translate feedback and data into outstanding user experiences.
• Create key designs such as concept prototypes, components, information architecture, workflows, and design specifications.
• Accountable for the outcomes, and achievement of tasks and deliverables using agile methodologies.
• Drive alignment by collaborating with developers, marketers, product managers, and other stakeholders to drive a shared understanding of customer’s needs and behaviors.
• Make data-driven decisions -from one source of truth- with a bias for understanding and action.
• Present design work backed by proof in terms of data and persona’s understanding.
• Understand business problems across our customer set to have context for deliverables.
• Contribute to a positive critique and feedback culture, delivering feedback with honesty and kindness and receiving feedback with openness and a growth mindset.
• Foster a team culture of diversity and transparent collaboration.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent.
• 2+ Years of experience in solving complex user problems through user interface design, creating mockups and prototypes (low- and high-fidelity), as well as documenting interaction patterns for product UI.
• Experience with creating user scenarios for usability testing, analysis of industry trends, task analysis, workflow design, layout & composition, and reporting conclusions in well-developed documents.
• Expertise with design tools (Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, etc.).
• Familiarity with UI/UX, User Experience Design, Product UI, Interaction Design, Wireframing, Figma, and Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Good observation and questioning skills.
• Comfortable working in a team-based environment as well as remote.
• Should be a team player and also work independently without the need for constant monitoring.
