MACS-G Solutions is hiring for the role of UI Designer!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• UI Design for mobile and desktop applications using Figma.
• Understand and translate business requirements, user needs, and technical capabilities into designs that are visually enticing, easy to use, and emotionally engaging.
• Continually iterate on concepts and prototypes to enhance user experience.
• Develop and maintain detailed design documentation, including user cases, wireframes, visual mockups, and specifications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UX designers, product managers, and developers, to ensure a seamless transition from concept to implementation.
• Proactively offer ideas and insights to improve the user experience and interface of our products.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and customer-interaction benchmarks, bringing fresh ideas and innovation to our design practices.

Requirements:

• Strong portfolio featuring examples of interaction design work.
• Expertise in Figma, including complex prototyping and component-based design development.
• Demonstrable experience with end-to-end (hybrid UX and UI) design processes.
• Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
• Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a clear, concise communication style.
