Byju's is hiring for the role of Tuition Centre Faculty!
Responsibilities of Candidate:
- Teach students as per curriculum and schedule
- Resolve in-class doubts and improve the students’ satisfaction
- Attend parent-teacher meetings and improve parent satisfaction
- Evaluate and document students’ progress
- Observe student discipline and fill in the required details on the portal
- Allocate and discuss homework, assignments, and tests as per schedule
Requirements:
- Have a passion for teaching and creating an impact in the field of education
- Have a strong subject knowledge in Science (Physics/Chemistry/Biology)/Mathematics especially for grades 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10
- Be able to map theoretical knowledge to practical applications
- Be a self-driven quick learner and show adaptability to new concepts, tools and technology
- Show demonstrated ability to multi-task and think creatively
- Be able to make learning easy for students from different backgrounds and of different cognitive abilities
- Impeccable communication skills in verbal and written
- An undergraduate degree in the field of Science (BE/MBBS/BDS/Bsc/Btech)
- Freshers and Experienced (2-3 years around) both can apply
- Age should not be more than 35 years
