Johnson & Johnson is hiring for the role of TSE Government Business Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Collate and compile all Tender inquiries/queries and share the respective KAM/Sr KAM requests for additional information required for tender technical compliance. Review tender conditions thoroughly and raise concern in case of any exceptional terms & condition observed. Source timely Tender information and references from various sources such as online search engines – Institutions Portals, industry contacts, and market intelligence data etc., which are necessary for submission.
• To coordinate customer’s bid requirements within the various departments such as Sales, Legal, Compliance Regulatory, Marketing, Service, Customer Service, Distribution/Channel Management, Supply Chain and Quality.
• Expertise in GeM portal working and tender submission. Proficient - MS Power Point and MS Excel.
• Prepare, compile, and record all bid submission documents, approvals in relation to tendering/bidding activities, tender questionnaires, and pre-qualifications/post-bid submission tracking.
• To monitor and ensure that tender submission due dates are strictly adhered to, including the checking, binding, packing and preparation of outgoing submissions.
• Preferably he/she should be familiar with Healthcare Equipment/Devices Tenders with an experience of working the same field for two years.
• To organize and harness the efforts of all involved departments relating to tendering/bidding activities and contract review before final sign off.

Requirements

• Graduate with Good communication and writing skills.
• Min 2 to 3years of tender filing experience in similar industry dealing with Govt business
