BDO is hiring for the role of TRS - US Tax Associate!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- We offer a wide range of US tax services for corporations, individuals, investment funds etc.
- Our services comprise of both direct and indirect corporate, individual, partnership tax compliances, advisory, due diligence, health check services etc.
- Preparation of corporate tax returns and other supporting forms such as 5472, 8883, 965, 5471, 8621, 926, 4562 etc.
- Preparation of pro forma K1 for U.S investors and other allied forms
- Preparation of individual tax returns and other allied forms such as FBAR’s, Form 1116, 5471 etc.
- Review and filing of sales and use tax returns
- US tax advisory, due diligence, direct and indirect state tax nexus analysis and other retainer services
Requirements:
- CA / MBA / CPA / CA Inter
