Treasury Manager Job in Gurgaon at SHL

SHL is hiring for the role of Treasury Manager

Responsibilities of the candidate:

• Review and approval of outgoing payments in banking systems.
• Weekly reconciliation, as well as full month-end reconciliation, of all open bank accounts in the system.
• Management and review of bank account postings.
• Ownership of intercompany balances, including accounting for intercompany transfers and related transactions, ensuring regular settlement of such balances.
• Assist for required Treasury financial reporting obligations.
• Ownership of all bank account issues in Asia-Pacific and the Middle East as required, such as KYC processes, opening/closing bank accounts, and providing commercial aid.
• Utilization of HSBCnet online system for assisting cash reporting and forecasting.
• Creation and maintenance of online bank payment templates; downloading bank statements on a monthly basis.
• Assisting and helping the Head of Treasury as required on transactions and ad hoc special projects.

Requirements: 

Essential: 

• Able to operate at a high level as this role will report to a UK individual
• Self-motivated and passionate about quality of work produced
• Good communication skills

Desirable:

• Experienced Treasury professional in multinational company operations.
• Expertise in accountancy, well-versed at journal entries and bank reconciliations.
• Efficiently balance monthly tasks with frequent ad-hoc requirements using prioritization.
