Treasury Analyst Job in Bengaluru at Hitachi Energy India

Hitachi Energy is hiring for the role of Treasury Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Perform SoP-based tasks on a daily basis and work closely with the allocated clusters and the HQ team in delivering expert transactional treasury operations services to Hitachi Energy globally.
• Administer bank accounts and manage bank access.
• Prepare cash forecasting reports for the countries.
• Analyze and prepare reports on bank fees, dormant accounts, and other processes.
• Manage daily operational cash management transactions from different banking portals.
• Assist with account opening, and product or service documentation.
• Handle settlement operations of fixed income, derivatives, and FX deals.
• Manage and report on FX.
• Ensure compliance with Global Treasury internal control guidelines and policies; manage audit requests and implement process improvements.
• Work on audit requests within my own scope of responsibility.
• Analyze and prepare reports related to FX risk management, cash management, and bank access management in a given timeframe.
• Assist in the resolution of audit queries and related activities at a global level.
• Support ad-hoc requests/projects from Global Treasury Operations.

Requirements:

• Have a Bachelor's or Master's degree (preferred).
• Have 1-2 years of relevant experience.
• Have good knowledge of finance/controlling shared service center/HUB experience with finance/controlling/treasury field of interest and study.
• Have good discipline for finances, routine tasks, and the ability to learn new skills via tailored on-the-job training.
• Be familiar with standard IS collaboration and communication tools like Outlook, Office365, and CSS workflow tools as well as good Excel skills.
• Be proficient in both spoken and written English language.
• Have additional foreign language skills used by key Hitachi Energy locations (considered an advantage).
