Travel Sales Expert Job in Delhi NCR at Webvio Technologies

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate with potential customers to understand their travel needs and preferences.
• Promote and sell travel packages, accommodations, flights, tours, and other travel-related services.
• Provide accurate information about destinations, travel options, prices, and availability.
• Stay updated on the latest travel trends, destinations, and industry developments.
• Have in-depth knowledge of various travel products, including hotels, airlines, tour packages, cruises, and other travel services.
• Research and evaluate different travel options to tailor packages that suit clients' preferences.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing queries, concerns, and issues promptly and effectively.
• Inbound calls from US customer
• Booking flights seat reservation, cancellation , making PNR's Experienced in PPC or Google Campaign Calls is compulsory

Qualifications & Skills:

• Strong sales and negotiation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Customer-centric approach with a focus on building lasting relationships.
• Knowledge of travel booking systems and software.
• Experience in PPC google campaign calls( mandate)
• Knowledge in Amadeus and Galileo
