• Assist customers with booking modifications, cancellations, and other travel-related requests.
• Resolve customer issues promptly and effectively, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and bookings in the system.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements:

• Minimum educational qualification: 10+2.
• Strong verbal communication skills for effective customer interaction.
• Prior experience in travel customer service or related roles is an advantage.
• Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, as per business requirements.
