Job Description:
- As a Travel Consultant at PickYourTrail.com, you will play a pivotal role in creating exceptional travel experiences for our customers. Your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with clients to understand their travel aspirations and preferences.
- Designing personalized itineraries, and recommending destinations, accommodations, and activities.
- Handling customer inquiries through multiple channels and providing outstanding customer service.
- Assisting with bookings, reservations, and managing travel logistics.
- Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and destination knowledge to provide expert advice.
- Building lasting relationships with clients and ensuring their satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- 0-4 years of experience in travel planning, sales, or related fields.
- Passion for travel and a genuine desire to create memorable experiences for others.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Customer-focused mindset with a proactive and positive attitude.
