TripGain is hiring for the role of Travel Consultant - Flights!

Responsibility of the Candidate:

• Handle domestic and international flight bookings for corporate and individual clients
• Recommend optimal and cost-effective travel routes based on client requirements
• Provide expert advice on travel options, fare rules, and booking policies
• Manage ticketing operations and resolve issues related to cancellations, rebookings, and modifications
• Offer end-to-end support for all travel-related inquiries via phone, email, and chat
• Ensure a high standard of customer service and satisfaction

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 Months of experience in flight bookings and travel consulting
• Strong knowledge of global distribution systems (GDS), particularly Galileo
• Proficient in using online travel portals and booking engines
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Strong interpersonal skills and customer service orientation
• Ability to manage multiple client interactions efficiently and professionally
• Good numerical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle extended communication hours when required
