Travel Consultant Job in Delhi at CHERISH GLOBAL HOLIDAYS PVT LTD

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting clients with travel planning, including destination research, itinerary planning, and travel budgeting
• Booking flights, accommodations, and other travel arrangements on behalf of clients
• Providing travel advice and recommendations to clients, including information on travel visas, vaccinations, and local customs
• Ensuring that all travel arrangements meet clients' needs and preferences
• Responding to client inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns related to travel arrangements
• Building and maintaining relationships with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide clients with the latest travel information and recommendations
• Collaborating with other travel consultants and teams to ensure that client needs are met
• Meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas

Requirements:

• Should be minimum 1 year experience in Outbound Travel Packages
• Proven experience as a travel consultant or a related role, with a strong understanding of the travel industry
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients
• Knowledge of travel booking software and systems, such as Amadeus or Sabre
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Passion for travel and a desire to provide exceptional customer service
• Flexibility to work non-standard hours, including weekends and holidays
