CBRE is hiring for the role of Transport Manager!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Oversee daily transportation operations within TN and KL regions.
• Ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods and services.
• Monitor and manage OTA, OTD, SU, and No-Show rates to meet SLAs.
• Implement strategies to improve service performance and reduce delays.
• Ensure all transportation activities comply with EV norms and regulations.
• Conduct regular vehicle inspections and maintenance checks.
• Monitor driver qualifications, training, and compliance with safety standards.
• Maintain accurate records of vehicle and driver compliance.
• Manage the fleet of vehicles, ensuring optimal utilization and maintenance.
• Coordinate EV trips and ensure adherence to environmental standards.
• Implement cost-effective measures to enhance fleet efficiency.
• Supervise and support a team of drivers and logistics personnel.
• Conduct regular training sessions on safety, compliance, and operational efficiency.
• Foster a positive and productive work environment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Transportation Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in transportation management, preferably within the TN and KL regions.
• Strong understanding of KPIs and SLAs related to transportation.
• Knowledge of EV norms and compliance requirements.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in transportation management software and tools (Move In Sync)
