Transport Manager Job in Chennai at CBRE Group

CBRE is hiring for the role of Executive - Transport!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Provide handover & takeover of shifts.
• Pickup vehicle tracking for on-time arrivals on Moveinsync.
• Prepare daily / weekly reports on associates' inquiries.
• Providing employee delay communication to BU through the mail during unavoidable situations.
• Inform employees in case of vehicle delay login/logout.
• Maintain and update the employee contact number and other changes in Moveinsync.Record complete details of the service requests from associates.
• Maintain a 24-hour Transport help desk to receive and respond to transport inquiries received through physical, calls & emails.
• Planned, direct, and coordinate transportation operations and logistics.
• Develop and manage efficient transportation schedules and routes.
• Monitor transportation costs and implement cost-saving strategies.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
• Supervise and manage transportation staff and drivers.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.

Requirements:

• Any Graduate
• English & Tamil.
