Barclays is hiring for the role of Transfers Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Processing of operational tasks across the client portfolios 
• Processing of settlements trade lifecycle and cash management processes
• Being accountable for the delivery of own work against measures in place to track quality, accuracy, and risk
• Validating and verification of work produced by others using quality assurance processes  
• Being responsible for identifying and managing exceptions and non-standard activity 
• Having awareness of and adherence to CASS, risk, and compliance policies and procedures
• Identifying breaches and risk events and subsequent root cause analysis  
• Identifying process enhancements to benefit client and team performance 
• Managing and resolving cash and stock reconciliation breaks

Requirements:

• Knowledge of investment management processes like transfers, settlements, and cash   management
• Will have a proven record within an operational environment with experience in problem-solving and knowledge of operational risk & control processes and practices
• A resilient individual who thrives in a fast-paced, changing environment 
• Will be able to demonstrate that he/she can work effectively within a team
• Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders and      colleagues internally and externally
• Knowledge and understanding of FCA CASS rules 
• Effective time management and prioritization when working to multiple and challenging deadlines 
• Minimum graduation required.
