Transfer Pricing - Sr. Analyst Job in Mumbai at Citi

Citi is hiring for the role of Transfer Pricing - Sr. Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Prepare end-to-end documentation process for the allocated share of TP reports/country responsibilities
• Gather and analyze data relating to intercompany transactions within Citi for the preparation of transfer pricing documentation.
• Perform functional interviews and understand complex flows involved in the intercompany transactions
• Work in close coordination with the tax teams, business, finance, and tax professionals. Regular interaction with business and controllers to understand the business model
• Manage routine calls with business/stakeholders to seek appropriate clarifications and information
• Prepare statutory TP disclosure forms, if required
• Assist in any other ad-hoc tax transfer pricing assignments, and other miscellaneous assignments, if required

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience in direct/ international taxation or tax transfer pricing
• Financial services TP experience preferred
• Knowledge of tax transfer pricing and valuation
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Basic understanding of financial products and the financial services industry
• Advanced level knowledge in MS Word and intermediate level knowledge in MS Excel
• Deadline oriented
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Relevant global regulations on transfer pricing (OECD guidelines, BEPS action plans)
