Tudip Technologies is hiring for the role of Training Partner Program Manager!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Manage and support the Data+AI Innovation & Skills Program
- Develop and manage partnerships with training partners in Singapore, including collaboration model and partnership agreement
- Support building of accelerator program to accelerate innovation of companies in Singapore by working with APJ Marketing team, APJ Field Engineering team, and global Curriculum team
- Send weekly updates on Data+AI Innovation & Skills Program
- Support building of the global Training Partner Program
- Proactively reach out to institutions in India to broaden our reach to increase the number of learners
Requirements
- 3-5 years of project management, program management, training partnership, or partnership operations experience is highly desirable
- Experience in executing wide-ranging projects and work streams to deliver results
- Ability to build rapport and earn trust with various internal and external stakeholders
- Strong stakeholder management and communications (written and verbal) skills
- Ability to prioritize, adapt to changing priorities, and work on ambiguous tasks/projects
- Experience in developing training partnerships is a plus
- Project or program management certification is a plus
