Training Manager- Network Animation Job in Bangalore at Alstom

Alstom is hiring for the job role of Training Manager-Network Animation!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Coordinate yearly global métier structure update for TPO Métiers with métier owners to ensure simplification and harmonization across various métiers
• Maintain job code structure and associated job descriptions up to date as per the latest organizational changes
• Coordinate competence and matrix simplification with métier owners based on any process updates or feedback for improvement received
• Support all aspects of updates regarding the Project & Bid Onboarding Digital page to ensure up-to-date and efficient training is available and accessible for the full Tender and Project Management community. 
• Ensure the Digital page is up to date, reflecting the latest available fundamentals and métier specific process summaries as well as available training. 
• Maintain academy training overview list with up-to-date information regarding course content, job code allocation, competency level, etc.
• Support the communication and sharing of any updates regarding Métier Structure or onboarding to the Project & Bid Community
• Monitor Onboarding page statistics and activity participation by following up on KPIs and other reports as per requests
• Support any training development needs or certification activities as needed in collaboration with the Training Manager or Learning Certification Coordinator

Requirements:

• Business Master’s degree
• Competency development and training experience
• Technical knowledge of digital tools used to manage large quantities of data, sharepoint and digital learning platform
• Bid/Project/Program management experience
• Comfortable in an international and a multi-cultural environment
• Multi-Tasking in project mode on multiple projects at once
• Strong communication and powerpoint presentation skills with all levels of the organization
