Training Manager Job in Bangalore at Tata Motors Finance Limited

Job Description:

• Develop and implement training programs.
• Drive the functional and behavioral trainings in the designated region.
• Good presentation skills.
• Should be able to manage all the records / MIS related to training sessions and conducting the Tests post-training sessions.
• Should be able establish strong relationships with various stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and develop content.
• Hands on in delivering virtual as well as classroom training sessions.
• Should have knowledge of financial terminology and functions.
• Minimum 7 - 8years of experience in Learning and Development, preferably from an NBFC / BFSI background
• Excellent In Excel & Maintaining Data.
• Rigorously implement data and Metrics hygiene.
• Well- versed in English, Hindi, North -(Punjabi & Haryanvi) South -(Tamil and Malayalam, Kannada), East –(Bengali, Orissa)
• Excellent communication skills, with an ability to positively influence others.
• Candidate should be comfortable to travel frequently across TMFL & region.
