Training Manager Job in Delhi at Sammaan Capital Ltd

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement comprehensive training programs for induction, product knowledge, and process adherence tailored to the BFSI sector.
• Ensure training materials are updated to reflect regulatory changes, product updates, and industry best practices.
• Create customized training modules for various roles, including sales, operations, and customer service teams.
• Conduct orientation programs for new hires, introducing them to company values, culture, and policies.
• Provide foundational training on BFSI products, services, and processes to equip new employees for their roles.
• Deliver in-depth training on financial products, including loans, insurance, investment products, and digital banking services.
• Conduct process training to ensure compliance with operational procedures, risk management, and regulatory requirements.
• Facilitate engaging and interactive training sessions using a variety of delivery methods (in-person, virtual, and blended learning).
• Assess the training needs of employees through regular feedback, performance evaluations, and skill-gap analyses.
• Provide regular reports on training outcomes and recommend improvements based on feedback and analytics.
• Work closely with department heads, HR, and compliance teams to align training initiatives with business objectives.
• Partner with product development teams to stay informed of new offerings and incorporate them into training programs.
• Promote a culture of continuous learning within the organization.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in delivering induction, product, and process training.
• Strong understanding of BFSI products, services, and regulatory frameworks.
• Familiarity with adult learning principles and modern training techniques.
• Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning tools.
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
• Knowledge of compliance and risk management standards specific to BFSI.
• Experience with digital banking platforms and fintech products.
• Certification in Six Sigma or process improvement is a plus.
