Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Develop and implement innovative training programs focused on career skills, including workshops, seminars, and webinars.
• Provide career counseling and guidance to students, helping them understand and navigate their career paths.
• Collaborate with industry professionals and organizations to design training programs that align with current market trends and demands.
• Work with faculty to integrate career development modules into the university curriculum.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, adjusting strategies as needed to improve outcomes.
• Lead and mentor a team of career counselors and trainers.
• Manage budgets and resources efficiently to ensure the successful execution of training programs.
• Engage with students to understand their needs and aspirations, tailoring programs to maximize impact.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Counseling, or a related field.
• Proven experience in training and development, career counseling, or a related role, preferably in an educational setting.
• Strong understanding of career development theories and practices.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Ability to design and implement effective training and development programs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students, faculty, and industry professionals.
• Knowledge of current job market trends and employer expectations.
