Training Co-ordinator Job in Kolkata at BSI

BSI is hiring for the role of Training Co-ordinator!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Monitor and continually improve the efficiency and effectiveness of all administrative processes
• Ensure that all contractual relationships with key suppliers are maintained continually reviewed and improved in the interests of BSI and its customers
• Plan and coordinate venues to meet forward events schedule requirements, including online/virtual training
• Coordinate tutor schedules to ensure the delivery of courses
• Comply with overall global and regional policy & procedures
• Co-ordinate with regional training sales advisor and sales team

Requirements:

• Operate the administrative systems and procedures required to support the training business to ensure the department runs efficiently and delivers to BSI’s standards of customer excellence
• Maintains and works to BSI’s standard of customer excellence whilst understanding the need to manage cost and achieve budgeted accounts
• Review continually open course occupancy and take action to protect course profitability as appropriate
• Manage the flow of documentation and correspondence of the department's complaints/compliments system to ensure the process operates effectively
