S&P Global is hiring for the role of Training Associate!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and training requirements across different departments.
• Create engaging learning activities and compelling course content that enhances learners retention and knowledge transfer
• Deliver training sessions in a variety of formats, such as in-person workshops, online webinars, and e-learning modules.
• Work with subject matter experts cross-functionally to identify the target audience’s training needs, and ensure training materials are accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with business objectives.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, surveys, and feedback sessions and make necessary adjustments to optimize learning outcomes.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to employees, trainers, and managers to reinforce training concepts and promote continuous learning and development.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in training and instructional design to enhance the quality and effectiveness of training programs.
• Maintain training records, including attendance, evaluations, and certifications, to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Proven experience (1 to 3+ years) in designing and delivering training programs, preferably in a corporate setting
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively deliver training materials to diverse audiences.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple training projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and evolving training requirements.
• Collaboration and teamwork skills to work effectively with subject matter experts, trainers, and employees at all levels of the organization.
• Familiarity with different training methodologies, such as instructor-led training, virtual training, and e-learning
• Lesson and curriculum planning skills
• Knowledge of training evaluation and assessment techniques.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design models.
• Certification in training and development, instructional design, or a related field is a plus.
