Cult Fit is hiring for the role of Training and Development Manager!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Develop and execute comprehensive training programs.
- Design and deliver effective classroom OJT sessions to ensure new hires and existing team members acquire the necessary skills and knowledge.
- Establish and maintain certification processes to validate the proficiency of trained individuals. Continuously assess training programs and processes to identify areas for improvement and implement enhancements accordingly.
- Conduct regular audits to evaluate training effectiveness, compliance with SOPs, and adherence to best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and update SOP documents and processes related to training.
- Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure consistency and quality in training delivery.
- Monitor and track the progress of consultants, providing feedback and coaching as needed to facilitate skill development.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the organisation.
- Serve as a liaison between the training department and other departments to address training needs and align training initiatives with organisational goals.
