Training and Development Engineer Job in Mumbai at Solenis

Solenis is hiring for the role of Training and Development Engineer!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Understand high-end/digital equipment and be an expert on the same. Prepare technical manuals with drawings, and circuit diagrams
• Localise electronic/electronic components to reduce cost and increase durability
• In case of key customers or complex problems, personal visits to solve the problem
• Conduct field training and train field service team on servicing of these equipment
• Do local development of imported equipment/dispensers/spare parts and ensure quality is superior Regular review of machine performance/spare quality/repairs cost
• Develop dynamic training models to increase training efficiency

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in training and development, human resources, or a related field
• 1+ years of experience in training and development
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
