Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience in corporate training, sales training, or L&D, ideally within BFSI, affordable housing, or NBFC sectors. 
  • Strong understanding of affordable housing loan products, credit policies, documentation, and local market conditions. 
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, relationship-building, and presentation skills. 
  • Ability to manage projects, analyze data, and drive results in a high-performance environment. 
  • Proficiency in adult learning principles, instructional design, and e-learning platforms.  
  • Needs Analysis & Strategy: Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) for internal Employees majorly sales RMs with an objective to make them active on disbursements and increase their productivity.  
  • Curriculum Development: Create and update training content (presentations, handbooks, videos) for home loan products, sourcing, documentation, credit norms, compliance, and soft skills (objection handling, communication). 
  • Training Delivery: Conduct onboarding, refresher, and specialized training sessions (classroom, virtual, on-field) for sales executives, relationship managers, DSAs, and branch staff. 
  • Performance & Evaluation: Measure training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and post-training performance tracking  
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Credit, Operations, Risk, and Legal teams to ensure content accuracy and address business challenges. 
  • Budget & Logistics: Manage training budgets, resources, and logistics for efficient program delivery. 
  • Market & Product Updates: Stay updated on affordable housing market dynamics, competitor offerings, and policy changes, disseminating information to relevant teams.  

Key Skills & Qualifications:

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • 5-9 years of experience in corporate training or a related field. 
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design models. 
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills. 
  • Ability to analyze data to measure program effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement. 
  • Proven work experience as a training manager 
  • Track record in designing and executing successful training programs 
  • Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, on-the-job or in classroom training, e-learning, workshops, simulations etc.) 
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills 
  • Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively   
  • Strong writing and record keeping ability for reports and training manuals 
  • Good computer, PowerPoint, Analytics and Data skills
