Trainer – Recruitment Team Job in Gurgaon at Getwork

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver training sessions on end-to-end recruitment lifecycle
• Train recruiters on sourcing strategies, screening, and interview coordination
• Provide hands-on training on ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems)
• Develop training modules, materials, and assessments
• Monitor team performance and identify skill gaps
• Conduct refresher sessions and continuous learning programs
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve hiring processes
• Track and report training effectiveness and outcomes
• Mentor and coach team members for performance improvement
• Travel across North India to train teams at multiple office locations

Key Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience in recruitment/training roles
• Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment process
• Hands-on experience with ATS platforms
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage multiple training programs simultaneously
• Willingness to travel across North India (GetWork offices)

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in bulk hiring or consultancy environment
• Knowledge of modern sourcing techniques and job portals
• Prior experience in training or mentoring recruiters
