Siemens Technology and Service is hiring for the role of Trainer - Engineering Services!

Responsibilities of the candidate: 

• Conduct planned training sessions.
• Preparing training material.
• Modifying / updating training material.
• Test product functionality in course training exercises for revised course materials to accommodate new software and hardware functionality.
• Tests usability, and product functionality and becomes a company expert on new products and processes.
• Maintaining Training Records and keeping track of Internal as well as external training.
• Support in training-related initiatives.
• Support in maintaining competencies and data updates for the competency management system.
• Coordinating training schedules.
• Developing new training modules based on engineering requirements.
• Support in tool development.
• Support in improving team efficiency and accuracy.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Instrumentation, Electronics or Electrical required.
• 3-5 years of training experience in engineering/systems with preferable experience in HVAC and Building Automation Systems Programming
• Strong knowledge of engineering fundamentals, HVAC, mechanical systems, BMS
• Strong Knowledge of Microsoft Office, PLC, SCADA
• Ability to interpret training requirements, identify needs and resolve issues in a positive manner.
