Trainer - Electrical Job in Gurgaon at SNS Foundation

We are seeking an skilled and experienced Trainer in the Electrician domain to join our organization. The incumbent will be responsible for delivering comprehensive electrical training to students enrolled in our 3-month Electrician Vocational course.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive training sessions on electrical principles, practices, and techniques to students enrolled in the 3-month Electrician Vocational course.
• Actively participate in the mobilization of students, including conducting outreach activities, promoting the course, and ensuring the admission of required number of students to the training program.
• Create and maintain a positive and conducive learning environment for students, fostering their engagement, motivation, and active participation in the training program.
• Assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and offer additional support as needed to ensure successful comprehension and application of electrical concepts.
• Maintain accurate records of student fee, attendance, performance, and evaluations, ensuring compliance with organizational requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Women candidate Preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Trainer in the Electrician domain or a related field.
• Strong expertise and practical experience in electrical principles, practices, and techniques.
• Proven track record in student mobilization and engagement, with a focus on meeting enrollment targets.
