Trainee Software Engineer Internship in Bengaluru at Inncrewin Technologies Pvt. Ltd.

We are looking for interns who have logic as the basic skill. They will be paid 12K per month to start with as stipend and will be put on probation for 3 months. In 3 months we will be helping him/her do the work and trying to bring the candidate at par. After 3 months if the candidate performs well, he will be promoted to Junior Software Engineer where they will be offered as per norms for Junior Software Engineer. Once candidate becomes Junior software engineer they are permanent and they will be following the normal growth path at Inncrewin.

The interview levels mainly will be 2 level. There will be a test arranged which does not contain any language specific questions in the sense that you can write code in any language and basically correction is not on language or syntax but the logic applied to the problem at hand. The second level will be another telephonic or skype video round to guage the candidate. There might be third round if required which will be technical again but again in logic only.

Once candidate is finalized, they will be offered as Trainee Software Engineer and they will start their probation once they join Skills:- Logical Reasoning and Hard working
