About this Job
Atlas is hiring for the post of Trainee Service Engineer!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Travel to different customer locations to provide below services:
- Installation of Electric & Pneumatic tools (Nutrunners) & controllers at customer sites which calls for software & electronic work
- Handle Annual Maintenance contract with customers
- Preventive maintenance services which includes electromechanical work
- Perform calibration of the tools (Nutrunners)
- Perform Health check-up activity for the Desoutter’s products at customer end
- Attend breakdown calls at customer end & provide solutions
- Keep the tools data up to date for assigned customers on operations portal i.e. SPIRIT
- Provide training to customers on Desoutter products
