Requirements:

• Should have an understanding of business objectives and organizational structure

• Applied quantitative analysis knowledge, should be familiar with SPSS and Advanced Excel, or other statistical analysis software programming experience, familiarity with SQL-based data extraction and relational database fundamentals is desired, consulting experience a plus 
• Must possess excellent presentation skills including the ability to summarize key concepts in an executive one-page format 
• Should have the ability to summarize research and create a succinct and targeted response 
• Excellent written and verbal communication, analytical and critical-thinking skills are essential 
• Should be organized and focused on delivering research tasks within defined deadlines 
• Must be dynamic, flexible, and possess perseverance skills
