InteleAnts is hiring for the role of Trainee Operations - Catalog!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Take full ownership of key activities and projects; scoping out the associated work, stakeholders, and required resources, while managing the timeline against key milestones
• Drive project work and conversations to ensure all key activities and projects are delivered on time while communicating roadblocks until they have been resolved
• Take ownership of communicating progress/updates/Challenges for key initiatives and projects to key stakeholders within the team
• Manage stakeholder's relationships effectively to ensure they are clear on the status of any customer operations actions/challenges/progress for any business-wide projects

Requirements:

• Good problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong attention to detail with emphasis on accuracy
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Strong desire to learn along with a professional drive
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel
