Trainee - HR / Finance / Marketing Job in Panaji at Hilton

Hilton is hiring for the role of Trainee - HR/Finance/Marketing!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Maintain a filing system and tracing of documents.
• Coordinate Direct Mail activities i.e., label printing, envelope stuffing, posting, and distribution.
• Collate daily news clippings on the hotel's happenings and happenings in the city and other hotels.
• Assist in translations of news articles, letters, and press releases into vice versa.
• Ensure jobs are properly scheduled and time management is exercised for art section to meet set deadlines for design and artwork.
• Design and production of signage, banquet posters, banners, backdrops, décor and follow up with artists for job orders.
• Order and maintain office supplies.
• Coordinate and implement of various hotel projects in liaison with other hotel departments and/or outside organizations/government bureaus.

Requirements:

• An independent worker who is also a team player
• Good interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and deal with stressful situations during busy periods
• Ability to be creative and maintain flexibility
• Extensive knowledge of designing and artwork production
• Experience working in a hotel is advantageous
• Proficiency in English is required for translation work
