InvenioLSI is hiring for the role of Trainee Helpdesk!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

  • Excel reporting, preparation of Excel reports, dashboard (using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word), and, Internet savvy.

Requirements:

  • Graduate (BCA, BCom, BSc, BBA)
  • Willing to learn and work on assigning tickets using the Service Now tool, handling the initial level of queries from clients on emails, responding to emails, and making phone calls to the service desk. Prior experience will be an added advantage.
  • Ready to work in a rotational 24x5 shift schedule across JP, UK, and US shift timings.
  • Should take ownership of the assigned work, should be Assertive, and coordinate well with members within and outside the team.
  • English communication skills should be good.
  • Should have worked on Support Incident, tickets.
  • Ability to independently handle client communication/interaction (over Zoom/Teams calls and emails).
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple deliverables at the same time.
  • Must be result-oriented, and demonstrate a can-do attitude – adaptability, flexibility, and resourcefulness.
  • Assists the project team efforts in developing solutions for client situations.
  • Assist team effort in developing solutions for projects.
  • Completes assignments within budget, meets project deadlines, and makes and keeps sensible commitments to client and team.
  • Demonstrates the ability to accomplish project assignments resulting in quality service.
  • Aptitude for working in a team environment; problem-solving skills, creative thinking, communicating clearly and empathetically, strong time management, and ability to collaborate with all levels of staff.   
  • Ability to explain ideas and concepts to other project team members and to client personnel.
  • Has a solid foundation for consulting “soft” skills necessary for client engagements.
