DSM-Firmenich is hiring for the role of Trainee FDM!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Assist in the full fragrance development cycle for all assigned accounts – managing all aspects of the fragrance development project from brief to adoption.
• Collaborate with perfumers, technical development teams, marketing, consumer insights and commercial teams to deliver beneficial solutions for our clients.
• Assist in delivering winning fragrance themes that answer our customers’ expectations aligned with consumer needs based on data analysis where available.
• Help maintain a vast and up-to-date awareness of scented products across assigned categories, to identify olfactive trends and opportunities that can be turned into concrete customer solutions.
• Support FDM in Co-creating fragrance strategies, soundboarding ideas, and nurturing client relationships.
• Assist in building sound olfactive strategies based on consumer insights.
• Communicate closely with the FDM for brand servicing projects.
• Collaborate with team members to develop effective consumer insight plans to further enhance knowledge building.

Requirements:

• University degree in a related area
• Creative & strategic thinker, with a growth mindset and curiosity to learn & adapt to change
• Digital savviness, great communication, organization, and project management skills
• Ability to collaborate and work well independently
