Trainee Executive Job in HATHRAS at Ace International LLP

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in structured training programs to understand production processes, workflows, and systems.
• Learn about company policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and quality standards.
• Assist the production team in daily operations, including machine operation, material handling, and process monitoring.
• Coordinate with supervisors and team members to ensure smooth production flow.
• Monitor production parameters and ensure adherence to quality and efficiency standards.
• Identify and report deviations, defects, or inefficiencies during production.
• Maintain accurate production records, including shift reports and operational logs.
• Analyze data to understand trends and suggest improvements.
• Follow workplace safety guidelines and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and other regulatory requirements.
• Contribute ideas for process optimization, cost reduction, and quality enhancement.
• Assist in implementing Lean Manufacturing and 5S practices.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, such as maintenance, quality, and logistics, to achieve production targets.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance knowledge and skills.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Familiarity with MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) and production monitoring tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast-paced production environment.
• Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
