Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Provide assistance in setting up, configuring, and maintaining computer hardware and networking equipment.
• Assist in software installation, updates, and user support.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and network issues for end-users and within the organization.
• Maintain documentation related to hardware configurations, network layouts, and troubleshooting procedures.
• Assist in implementing and adhering to security measures to protect the organization's network and data.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred. 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential for diagnosing and resolving hardware and network issues.
• Familiarity with operating systems (e.g., Windows, Linux) and office productivity software (e.g., Microsoft Office) is often expected.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Precise attention to detail is crucial for documenting configurations and troubleshooting steps accurately.
