Trainee - Document Control Job in Chennai at Wood PLC

Wood PLC is hiring for the role of Trainee - Document Control!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Provide system-generated reports with consistent, concise, and accurate information to Project Management, Disciplines, and Clients as required.
• Execute Document Control activities by current policies and procedures.
• Receive, check, and accurately record into the Document Control System, and distribute all project technical drawings and documentation efficiently and expeditiously as requested by engineers under agreed Project and Corporate procedures.
• Ensure that hard copy and electronic record files as required are maintained in good order to comply with QA requirements.
• Contribute to the compilation of final project dossiers, as-built portfolios, and archiving.
• Establish a systematic and comprehensive Project Filing System.
• Undertake other tasks as required by the Lead Document Controller/Manager Document Control.
• Process and record all technical documentation under agreed procedures.
• Ensure agreed procedures satisfy project, client, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

• Passed out in the year 2023 or 2024 without any backlogs
• B.Sc, BCA, B.Com  graduates with 70%
• Knowledge of MS Office  
• Should be willing to work from office (Chennai)
