Cloud Analogy is hiring for the role of Trainee - Business Operations!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Support workforce planning and resource allocation for delivery teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HR, Project Management, Finance, IT, Delivery, Sales) to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Prepare and maintain reports, dashboards, trackers, and presentations for management review.
• Assist in project tracking, workflow management, and performance monitoring.
• Conduct research and benchmarking to support process optimization and business strategy initiatives.
• Contribute to hiring forecast analysis and maintain team P&L data for business insights.
• Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal stakeholders for operational requirements.
• Participate in meetings, document minutes, and follow up on action items.
• Maintain and update internal documentation, databases, and knowledge repositories.
• Provide support in ad-hoc business and operational tasks as required by management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Business/Management/IT
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace.
• Strong mathematical and analytical abilities.
• Familiarity with data reporting and documentation.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
