IncubXperts TechnoConsulting is hiring for the role of Trainee Business Development Executive!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Understand RFP and draft proposals (Understand what the problem statement the client is trying to solve and match the same with the organization's capabilities. Draft a response that highlights the organization's capability and draft a proposal).
• Build a Prospect database through various techniques like going through job portals, researching companies, identifying decision-makers, drafting a pitch to connect with decision-makers, etc.).
• Use persuasive communication and social media design and run campaigns to connect with prospects, build awareness about services, and generate leads.
• Participate in collateral creation that can be used for cold email marketing, cold outreach, and hot outreach.
• Design and execute email and other campaigns for outreach.
• Learn and use CRMs to build and maintain customer data.
• Manage company social media to build brand, presence (technology acumen is needed).
• Write blogs (technology acumen is needed).

Requirements:

• BBA/MBA (Preferably Marketing or IT) and/or BCA/BSc (Comp Sci)/BE (IT, CS, E&TC) or
  a graduation degree in Communication (like BA in Mass Communication) along with tech literacy/an astute sense of technology
• Should understand technology at a high level, how it works, what is cloud, which mobile technologies exist, and how it works (even if one doesn't know precisely, we will look for aptitude to learn)
• Excellent business communication skills in English (spoken and written)
• Hands-on experience with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Ability to learn.
