Rigel Networks is hiring for the role of Trainee/Associate Software Engineer!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Web Development and Maintenance: Collaborate with the seniors to build, test, and deploy web applications using MS.NET .NET Core.
• Code Writing: Write clean, well-documented, and efficient code that aligns with project requirements.
• Feature Implementation: Build new features and functionalities according to requirements.
• Bug Fixes: Participate in identifying and resolving bugs and issues in existing codebase.
• Learning & Growth: Continuously learn and adapt to emerging technologies and best practices in Microsoft development.
• Problem Solving: Analyze problems, propose solutions, and actively contribute to technical discussions.
• Documentation: Maintain clear and organized documentation of code and maintenance processes.

Requirements:

• Education: A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with core Microsoft.NET Core, MSSQL, JavaScript, HTML and CSS.
• Coding Proficiency: Ability to write clean, well-structured, and maintainable code.
• Problem-Solving Abilities: Enthusiasm for troubleshooting and finding solutions to technical challenges.
• Collaborative Attitude: Willingness to work individually, with minimum supervision as well as in a team-oriented environment and contribute ideas.
• Communication Skills: Clear communication for effective collaboration and understanding of project requirements. Proper written English communication. 
• Learning Mindset: Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies, tools, and programming languages.
• Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure code accuracy and functionality.
• Time Management: Ability to manage tasks and contribute to project deadlines.
• Version Control: A basic understanding of version control systems like Git/TFS/DevOps is a plus.
