Indovance is hiring for the role of Trainee Architect!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Co-ordinating within the team & along with other teams for project completion
• Meeting pre-defined project delivery timelines, ensure timely delivery of work
• Daily MIS reporting
• Adhering to customer requirements & quality standards
• Maintain & monitor project reports, time sheets & other documents

Requirements:

• B.Arch
• 0 to 6 months of experience
• Required knowledge of drawings (IFC or GFC), shop drawings, fabrication drawings
• Must be aware of all relevant codes
• Must be familiar of the latest software versions
• Possesses excellent verbal skills, showcasing effective communication
• Demonstrates a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges
• Exhibits the ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
• Displays flexibility and is process-oriented in approach
• Quick learner, grasping new concepts efficiently
• Capable of working independently while maintaining high productivity
