Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Assist in creating and managing user accounts, roles, and profiles.
• Maintain security settings and access controls.
• Customize objects, fields, and page layouts.
• Configure workflows, validation rules, and approval processes.
• Perform data audits and maintain data accuracy.
• Handle data import and export activities.
• Create and maintain reports and dashboards.
• Provide basic support for platform-related issues.
• Document system changes and updates.
• Complete assigned training and certifications related to CRM administration.
