Siemens is hiring for the role of Trainee!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Be responsible for supporting backend work of support functions, JV processing, Workflow monitor, CCM & PEGA monitor, and email queries
- Work on Savings coordination, analysis of key figures, budget/forecasting, management reports and presentations
- Generate and distribute management reports in an accurate and timely manner
- Develop MIS documentation to allow for smooth operations and easy system maintenance
- Work with the reporting manager and the business units to correct any issues with customer service delivery
- Follow up and close of pending queries and provide recommendations to update current MIS to improve reporting efficiency and consistency
Requirements:
- Excellent collaboration and communication, analytical skills (recommended)
- Bachelor’s degree with an aggregate of 60%
- Possess excellent communication skills both written & verbal
- Have basic knowledge on Excel, VBA, and PowerPoint
- Fflexible to work the night shift or early morning shift
