- To assist the Trading Manager in ensuring compliance with the system pertaining to trading operations and providing inputs for strengthening or making changes in the existing system.
- Maintain records and follow up with brokers/suppliers for packing material distribution to respective mills.
- Coordinate with the surveyor to ensure timely inspection and packing of the commodity.
- Maintain records and follow up with brokers/suppliers to ensure timely delivery of cargo.
- Monitor dispatch and freight.
- Ensure process compliance as per ITC’s SOP.
- Monitor timely GRN and other entries in SAP, in compliance with the commodities SOP.
- Interact with suppliers/brokers and address all relevant issues.
- Track and review all the above activities on a daily basis.
