Trading and Planning Associate Job in Bengaluru at PUMA

Puma is hiring for the role of Trading and Planning Associate!

Responsibilities of the Candidates:

• Responsible for the Upper North region of FOC and strategic key accounts.
• Manage in-season trading and analysis to ensure the availability of the right stock at the right place and time for sales achievement.
• Collaborate with VM & Retail Operations for aligned seasonal rollouts and implementation.
• Ensure timely launch of incoming new season BFO stock to respective stores as per plan.
• Execute accurate replenishment and maintain healthy SKU-level stock to avoid lost sales opportunities.
• Manage RTV to warehouse and stock consolidation between stores to reduce slow-moving merchandise and improve store assortment.
• Collaborate with the buying team to ensure buys are placed in the right pockets based on forecasted or strategic inputs.
• Oversee pricing and promotion setup to deliver planned net sales, markdown %, GP%, and MGP for the region.
• Drive weekly and monthly reporting and analysis, presenting in sales reviews, and drive actions to achieve targets.
• Constantly improve replenishment and allocation efficiency, optimizing tool inputs for ideal SKU-level inventory.
• Responsible for allocation and re-plans for a few strategic key accounts in addition to FOCs.

Requirements:

• MBA/MFM/B.F. Tech from a reputed institute.
• Excellent writing, presentation, communication, and organization skills.
• Analytical and Numerical skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize work based on business importance.
• Willingness to learn new technology/tools as required by business.
