BlackRock is hiring for the role of Trade Clearance and Settlement Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Support transaction data management for alternative products by reviewing legal documents and third-party notices.
• Assist in onboarding processes for new investments, including trade lifecycle and cash management workflows.
• Perform reconciliations of cash and assets between internal systems and custodians.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external service providers to exchange product and asset data.
• Maintain process documentation and assist in updating control frameworks.
• Participate in team initiatives and cross-functional projects.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience: 0–3 years in operations, data management, accounting, or administration, preferably with exposure to alternative investment funds.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic understanding of alternative investment products such as hedge funds and private equity.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
