Schaeffler is hiring for the role of Tool Service Operator!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Implement and Support the Schaeffler tool management process.
- Daily interaction with production for optimized tool support
- Analyze Tool Downtime and improvements to reduce Downtime
- Tool Inventory maintained at an optimum level
- Inter department co-ordination for tool support
- Project tooling co-ordination at the tool assembly stage for Manufacturing parts & STD tooling
- Tool cost/value-added & tool cost saving projects.
- Tool Rationalization projects for tool cost saving.
- Planning of tool preventive maintenance schedules
- Tool planning & advanced tool planning as per PPC plan.
Requirements:
- Diploma in tool and die making.
- Job experience 2 to 5 years
