Airtel is hiring for the role of TMD - Support!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Managing end-to-end HRMS-related operations, and accurately maintaining employee data and records.
- Supporting HR-related processes including talent acquisition and new employee onboarding.
- Handling the employee engagement-related activities for the function.
- Supporting in resolving any employee queries related to transactions on Hive, Payroll, Leaves, etc.
Requirements:
- 0-2 yrs HR experience handling ELCM
- Ability to work under constraints
- Should be comfortable with ambiguity; should display a knack for problem-solving
- Should be an excellent communicator, with the ability to build relationships
